Terms of Service — Guardias
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Guardias mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
What Guardias is
Guardias is a personal tool for tracking on-call medical rotation schedules (guardias), including common Mexican A-C and A-D patterns. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
Not medical or legal advice
The App does not provide medical advice, employment advice, or legal advice. Shift calculations are based on the rotation settings you enter. Always verify critical schedule information with your hospital or employer.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the rotations and dates you enter.
- You are responsible for backing up your device if you want to keep your data.
- You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
Offline use and data
In version 1.0, schedule data is stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
The App is provided “as is.” Features may change. We may update or discontinue the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or schedules arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App and uninstall it.
Intellectual property
The App’s name, branding, and original code are owned by the developer. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses that accompany any third-party components.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them.

Guardias es una herramienta personal para organizar guardias. No es consejo médico ni laboral. Tú eres responsable de los datos que capturas. En v1.0 todo se guarda en el dispositivo. La app se ofrece “tal cual”; la solución principal ante un problema es dejar de usarla y desinstalarla.
